Hi everyone,

I'm new to slimming world... still abit miffed how I can eat so much lol! If anyone does read this and see's something wrong please tell me :)

Right I'm on Extra Easy

I started on Tuesday, joined the class Monday evening.

01/03/10

Breakfast;
2 Wholemeal bread from 400g loaf -HEXb
Poached egg
Beans

Lunch;
Jacket Potato
Tin of tuna
Salad
3 Mini light babybels - HEXa

Dinner;
Chicken Tikka Masala
Boiled Rice

Snacks;
Walker lights - 5.5 syns
Mixed fruit with muller light yogurt
Can of diet coke

42g Bran Flakes - HEXb
Banana
175ml Skimmed milk - Part HEXa

Lunch;
3 Bacon rashers
Small tin of beans
Button mushrooms
4 Cherry tomatos
Poached egg

Dinner;
Jacket potato
Small tin of beans
1 Mini light babybel - Part HEXa [Hope this is ok to do?]
Mixed salad
Cherry tomatos

Snacks;
2 finger kit kat - 5.5 syns
Mixed fruit and muller light yogurt
2 small plums

Hiya Ames,

Looks good to me hun! The only thing I would say is that it doesnt look like you ate quite enough fruit and veg on your first day, however, your second day looks fab!

Same Sue! I've always been a WW girl, but wanted to try something differant. I've been doing Cambridge Diet on and off, but latley can't stick to it so decided to do SW. xxx
 
Didn't have my yogurt last night as I just wanted to go to bed after my dinner, managed a mixed bowl of fruit though.

Just had breakfast which was;

2x Wholemeal bread
2x Dairylea light triangles - Part HEXa
Poached egg
Half a small tin of beans
1L of water

Been saving my syns for a treat tonight with OH. We always have chinese, and tbh we are pigs and order

Chips
Chicken chow mein
Beef curry
Egg fried rice
Popadom each and then sometimes chicken balls too :sigh: then most of the time we leave half and have it the next day.
So I'm thinking of having Indian tonight as we havent had it in a while, but looking to look up the syn values this afternoon and go from there I guess!

Think I'll be having jacket potato, piece of chicken and beans for lunch.
 
Take away tonight :D All within my syn allowence, which I have saved. So today has gone like this...

Fruit & Nut bar - 12 syns
Diet coke x2

I only drink water had about 2.5l so far


After saying what I did earlier about chinese, turns out its fab syn wise :D
May also have a fruit and nut bar while watching True Blood :eek:

No idea how people only have the 2 alpen bars for breakfast. Worked a early morning shift today so took them and a banana. My god I was starving lol?!

Didn't have a big lunch as I was so busy cleaning, doing washing and looking after my little terror and plus I didn't have much in so went to Asda earlier and going to Sainsburys tomorrow for more.
