Just wondering, ive earnt 16 bonus points this week, WI tomorrow, ive not been eating my bonus points, but using all my usual daily points up each day. Just worried that because I know if i dont eat all my points I dont lose I usually STS, so is having earnt so many bonus points, and not eating them, going to effect my WL?!
I know there are always questions about bonus points on here, so theres another one!! :) I guess I will find out at WI tomorrow really anyway lol

I would think it can only boost your weight loss, its not the same as not eating your allowed points which does stall your weight loss - good luck for tomorrow
