another WI bites the dust

    Hi All, been away for a couple of weeks due to work. Overseas as well so couldn't take my tetras. Only managed to lose 4lbs but I am back today after my WI with gusto. Back on SS and raring to go, that is CD speak for feeling cold and abit headachy!!!
    Hope everyone else has had a good couple of weeks. :D

    Hi Busybee, well done for still losing 4lbs while you've been away! I've just finished my first week on SS, 13lb loss i'm so excited! Was tempted to waver over weekend, how do you manage? x

    mostly keeping out og the house! i have to ensure I am fully occupied and distracted from food. My OH is very good and eats in another room and makes sure he cooks his own meals. I have done many jigsaws!!!
    Seriously after the first 3 weeks, seeing the weight drop off really helps with your mental attitude.
