Hi ya anyone in Dudley Sandwell area ? I'm a 26year old female have lost 17lbs and looking to loose another ten to 17lbs the healthy eating and fitness way !!
Looking for a gym exercise run walk buddy !! To swap stories and tips with and encourage each other!!! ESP when lead into temptation !! Xxx

I enjoy Zumba and exercise DVDs along with treadmill at home x I like boxerCise and other gym classes x

Really want to get fit and do charity walks like race for life etc x

Hi chick,
I'm from old hill, I'm a new mum and trying to get rid of my baby weight, I go swimming up haden hill a lot and for elks around the park with the pushchair.
I'm not quite fit enough to re join boxer use as of yet but will soon be on it when I've shifted a little more weight.
