Any irish atkins people - a question

I'm hoping to buy a few low carb products for when i cant manage a cook from scratch meal / out all day/ need a treat . Is there anywhere i can buy stuff that wont cost an arm and a leg to post ??

I do get a few treat bits in holland and barrett, for days when i can't be bothered cooking seperate meals for myself i usually have a meal from the freezer which i've cooked myself for such occasions. Other than that i can't really help as i'm from a small enough area and low carb things are a nightmare to get.

Very limited supply of low carb products in ireland .I have gotten used to just cooking everything from scratch but if i want quick meals i usually use big al burgers with melted cheese and some fried mushrooms and onions .If i get stuck out and about i usually have one the atkins bars stashed in my handbag you can get them in boots .
