Hi, this sounds really stupid but I don't seem to go to the wee (sorry lol) as much anymore since this diet, and I'm drinking at least 10 glasses a day! I got some apple cider tablets the other day see if they help atal lol. I also weighed myself today and I've lost 3lbs :) and i measured myself and ive lost an inch from hips & waist :) so I'm pleased with that, suprised realy seeing as a dont go to the loo much anymore lol.

Let me know if anyone experiences water retention on this diet :) Thx!

Don't worry about how much you wee. As long as it is a pale straw colour you are drinking enough. Your body naturally regulates how much fluid it needs to keep on board depending on your diet, activity levels, hormones, time of year etc.
