Anyone in the 11 stone bracket want support to get down to the 10s?

I have a life as well as slimming. I enjoy myself still and accept when I've gained and don't hurt myself too much if I do ;) I just get back on it. Being nearly half the person I was and getting to where I am now keeps me going. Check out my before pics - seeing them reminds me to never get back to that! Xx

A lb off for me this week taking me to 11st 1lb...so so close! I'd like to be in the 10s next week!
 
I'm with you 11st 1.4 lb. Unfortunately I have a planned weekend off this weekend, so will have to wait another week before I make it into the 10s. See you there!
 
5lbs on for me this week!! Need to get back on plan this week!

that big number 4 tells me you can do it, so you've had a blip on your journey but heck woman you've lost almost a quarter of the old you! agreed you need to get back on it though as I can't wait to see that 4 change to a 5 and next week you'll be telling us all just how much better your week went i'm sure :)

I lost 2 pounds this week! Now 11.5 - wanted to be in lower half this week. However - I have been here before many many times & bounce back up. I need to keep going & stay focused & break the cycle.

I hit target (11st) in march and was doing good at maintaining, I'm now out of range due to some family issues and surgery, got my head back in the game today and am actually on plan so far for the first time in a couple of months, weighed in at 11.4 this morning, hoping to try n lower target to 10.7 on Monday at group :-\ xx
 
Still no movement on the scales despite being 100% on plan (doing 777 the last few days even) and having done a load of exercise... a week and a half of being stuck!! I am destined never to get into the 10s :(

was it your WI day today? if so keep going and next week it might show and if not quit scale hopping (says the woman who checks daily! lol) you've had a focused week and the fact the scales are being little s**tbags and not proving it right now doesn't mean it's been a waste of effort, it WILL change and you WILL achieve your goal, it'll just take a little longer and some self belief. so turn that frown upside down for doing so great already and give a little smirk even knowing you'll be pounds lighter when you hit Ibiza and even more as you're heading to vegas baby!! :D have a great week and you'll see ;)

Can it not be that the extra exercise is causing gain in muscles hun?
Have bought a dvd of tracy anderson and making June my exercise month but am a bit weary for gains too:(

Good on you! Last week was "so last week" and being able to put it behind you and get going again is what it's all about. You've done brilliantly already so good luck for this week.
 
I lost 1lb this week. Last weekend was a rare one of excess food and socialising and by Monday I had gained a pound so to pull it back I made sure I got out for a 40 minute mixed terrain walk every other day and managed to drop that pound plus another. I am quite happy with that!

Aww thanks for the talking to, I needed that! ;) Not official weigh-in, just a midweek check-in. I only lost half a lb last week despite being equally focused and on plan, so am desperate for a decent loss to make up for it this week to keep me on track for my Ibiza and Vegas targets!! I did a 5k race this morning after my little rant and got a new PB so that's put me back on a good mood - just really really want my efforts to show on the scales, but am thinking maybe there's something about a watched kettle never boiling?? ;) xx

I think I've been doing the exercise long enough to have gotten over the initial muscle gain (I'll get my Body Magic gold award this week), so can't blame it on that. Can only think that my body's doing a bit of a size readjustment... but then you see people who literally lose 3-4lbs every week without these blips and wonder what it is they're doing so differently?!

777 is 7 days of eating 7 speed foods a day, having 7 syns a day, and drinking 7 glasses of water a day. It's meant to give you a little boost. Although 3 days in I'm realising this is kind of how I eat normally anyway so not sure if it'll make much difference! Might have to try Success Express next week if it doesn't help... x

Your scales will start going down again for sure!:) Have had good results on some se days so yes, worth the try! :) and congrats on your PB:)
