L- 5 slices roast chicken, 5 scoops mashed potato, carrots, swede, broccoli, cauliflower, 1/2 sachet paxo stuffing, 3 mini yorkshire puddings, 4 tsp gravy granules (12 points)

T- 2 toast with 1 tsp butter, 2 boiled eggs (5 points)

Anytime- 2 celebrations chocolates (2 points), 1 apple, 2 satsumas (1 point), 1 banana (1 1/2 points)
