ello everyone, its freezing and the snow has arrives that only means one thing!!
SASUAGES AND MASH
i have sone asda tury and chilli one but not sure of the syns? can anyone save supper?? x

Had a look on syns online but they arent on there.

These are the syns for some turkey sausages, could be similar - then again, could be totally different!

Asda Turkey Sausages, 8 pack, chilled 57g each

2½ Syns on Extra Easy

Original 2½ Syns

Green 5½ Syns

They're going to be low in fat naturally (because turkey is one of the leanest meats). I've looked at these a number of times and not bought them because of the whole syn question - I shall be watching this space.

Plus, please let me know what they were like!!
