Ashleys JUDDD Diary :)

    Hi guys, hoping I've done this right (!?) Starting JUDDD on Monday (4th Feb) and hoping to loose around 6stone altogether. Im quite looking forward to it, I've been reading other diaries and read about some great losses!! Initially, Im sure Ill struggle with the DDs but at least I can say to myself "I can eat tomorrow" - Ive tried many ways to lose weight, Weight Watchers, Slimming World, OptiSlim, Tony Fergusson, Slim Fast.. the list is endless but nothing seems to work!! Ill try to post on here everyday, or couple of days at least, but Im terrible at remembering lol. x

    thanks hun, I can already tell you will be very supportive! Thank you!! I entered my details in the JUDDD website, and my DD cals is 391 and UD is 1954. I think I may stick to endless cups of Twinings Honey & Ginger on my DDs lol!! xxx

    Eeek, tomorrow is the big day!! Im starting on an UD though so and been using MFP for ages now so I dont think I'll go over my 1954cals. From 6pm tomorrow night until 6pm Tuesday will be the challenge, but luckily I'll be at work for the majority so it shouldnt be too bad. Going to go get some Twinings honey & ginger for my DDs, think I might just skip the food altogether, I know if I start I wont stop, and 391cals isnt much. My only problem is I dont drink water ever!!!! Im never thirsty, so I only drink at meal times. Im hoping this diet works for me, I have loads to loose and would love for my scales to stop saying 16stone!!! I cant remember the last time I was in the 15s!!! Wish me luck!!

    Aw thank god for that!! I only ever drink diet irn bru, never water.. unless its the first day of a new diet and im trying to convince myself that I can drink loads lol! How much have you lost doing JUDDD?

    I have lost 6.2lb up to today. Not masses but I've had great weekends out so not bad x I redid my figures this week and found my up cals were 500 below what I originally worked them out to be!! I was not counting my ups as I was nowhere near blasting the original figure!! So now I'm keeping an eye on my ups!! And hopefully see better losses x good luck it really is easy once you get it right xx

    Thats great though, anything is better than a gain!! Im feeling quite positive about it so fingers crossed I do okay. I work from 7:30am-6pm, so at least the majority of the time I will either be sleeping, or at work so shouldnt be too hard. My downfall is, I work with children and they have toast/fruit in morning, then a snack in afternoon, pancakes, muffin pizzas, breadsticks etc.. so trying to stop myself from picking at that will be a challenge!!! xx

    Yep, far too easy!! I'll just have to keep myself preoccupied with other tasks, I'll opt to change all the pooy nappies as long as I can stay away from the food lol! I have a wedding to go to at the end of April so Im hoping to see a good weight loss by then! xx

    Hi ash here to follow, I've started judd properly today have been faffing around with a vlcd for the past month and sort of done judd without realising and have lost 8lbs but that has been with me binging and I mean one day after failing in my vlcd I ate 6 cadburys creme eggs, this week 6 mars bars ice creams etc and I lost!

    Just hoping now with the flexibility of judd I won't feel deprived so we need to eat alot of crap and binge and hopefully lose weight.

    You will the number 15 in no time! :)

    Hey nyssa, is a vlcd like lighter life etc? the shakes and soups? A couple of girls at my work did them, and one of them lost about 2stone, I tried a couple - tony fergusson, opti slim, but I literally lasted about 6 hours, they were yuck!! Not to my liking at all!! Ive been on diets for years now! I was following SW (loosely) I hadnt joined properly but knew the basics but it was beginning to get difficult, maybe down to me not having joined properly, but since last night after saying I will start JUDDD tomorrow, all Ive done is eat!! Nightmare!! Exactly, even if Im hungry, I know its only hours away before I can eat again!! xx

    Yes exactly the same but I followed slim and save, I lost 3 stone with it at the beginning of last year but failed to get back on track after a break and gained 2 of those stones back! I can get to day 3 of it with no problem but I struggle after and just eat crap!

    I'm thinking of doing what others do on here and fast for 24 hours from say 5-5 so you do still get to eat every day but you just split your calories over the 24 hour period.

    You will get into the swing if things in the end and it will work x

    I have read about that too, and Im jumping on the bandwagon!! 6pm-6pm, luckily for me I work 7:30am-6pm so the majority of the 24hours I will either be sleeping or working, so hopefully its not too much of a struggle. xx

    I'm giving it a go too but not sure wether to do 5-5 or 6-6 I struggle in the evenings as that's when I eat mostly so think maybe 6-6 is better for me but I've only had 110calories so far today and not hungry so don't know how to squeeze in the rest before then! That's good that you will be busy at work to keep your mind off it, I think we will get great results this way I can't wait for weigh in! X

    im not too bad in the evenings, im normally really tired from work (looking after 15 babies is hard going!!) so I dont usually have the energy to even cook dinner, and if the OH doesnt cook it then we dont have anything. Im excited for first weigh in already and i havent even started yet lol, Im going to weigh in on Mondays, after my DD. I might have a cheeky weigh in on Friday though, just to see if there is any results!! How much are you wanting to lose? Ive got 6 stone to shift, hoping with juddd i can do it!! xx

    Oh no that must be hard work just the 1 tires me out! Do you work in a nursery?

    I need to lose 3 stone to get into the 9 stone bracket, I was 17st7 at my heaviest but have been stuck around 13 stone for ages! X
