me again - does any one know how many syns are in aunt bessie mashed potato? think it is 5 syns per 100g but dont have any scales - does anyone know how many individaul "portions" this would be?....i know it says 5 potatos make a portion just not sure if this is 100g? does this make sense?:sigh:
