Ava's New Diary....

Hello Ava I like your break down of your coming weight loss hun :) stick at it. I did enjoy chocolate yesterday now paying for it with a 2 lb gain my gosh. I'm currently on the 5:2 fasting plan AGAIN I can eat with my BF then . So I'm fasting today 490 calories for me. I still have Cambridge shakes to use up. You seem ready to swap plans with your BF now , it should be good doing it together. Good luck x

Im all set with my shakes to start today #veryexcited. ive eaten like a queen all weekend so I defo need a detox of sorts and shakes are just the man I think. I do have a terrible cough so will have to do without a cough bottle. It could be worse lol.

I bought another dress for the wedding end of april. The dress I ordered online wasn't a grt fit and even with weight loss im not sure its a runner. The other dress I got is too short. I may have a shopping problem lol. the third dress is amazing. its a black flapper style dress with a mesh neckline and lots of beading. I had to buy a size 16 tho so will have to get it taken in. I do like to wear figure hugging stuff when I have a better figure. Im so excited to look fab. I hope!!

So. Due to my eating to excess lately ive rocketed to 12st 5. I love doing the maths. Heres my estimates

Week 1 - 10lbs
Week 2 - 4lbs
Week 3 - 4lbs
Total - 18lbs

Final weight - 11st 1lb

Then I am starting a long term healthy eating plan with my fella. Hes starting today and cant wait for me to get off the shakes. He looks grt but wants to lose a stone. Im thinking sbout long term goals. Usually I am happy in the upper ehelons of my bmi (which is 8 10 to 10 10) but I might aim for 10st so I have a 10lb window.

God starting shakes gets me excited. Anyone else the same?? Well done if you've managed to read all of this. Thanks again for the well wishes ladies and good luck with your respective journeys . Keep me posted as to your progress. its inspiring.

Day 1

So ive had my 2 shakes. Managed to change the dress to a size 14 so heres hoping it fits comfortably in 3 weeks. Which it will if I stick to this. PMA. :)

Im not hungry but I have consumed far too much coffee. I did also buy a wee pair of white jeans. I prob need to lose a stone or more for them to fit. Love white jeans.

The weather in Ireland is fab. Great day to start your right curve. Roll on ketosis.

How is exante. Ive never done that. Go you glad you on a roll.

The jeans are fab but teeny. Ill get there. Going to actually switch to a long term healthy eating programme in May. Im looking forward to relearning how to eat healthily. Tho ill miss lipo. I have it for 3 weeks in any case. A lot of damage can be done lol

Day 2

Ill be another 2 days getting into ketosis but ill remain positive that I can do this, Lots of water and some coffee will see me thru. Roll on next weeks weigh in.

I'm on day 4 and started at just over 12 stone. You're pretty much the same height as me too! I'm aiming for below 9 stone though but hey everyone's different

I've managed a full three weeks of shakes/ bars and I'm going to do a bit of a re feed this week - so two products a day plus a low carb meal. I've managed a 16lb loss in those three weeks and I've now got to try and maintain where I am now. Always tricky for me as I tend to yo yo by about ten lbs.

So I'll still be here as I'm still using the products and let's see what next week brings

I've managed a full three weeks of shakes/ bars and I'm going to do a bit of a re feed this week - so two products a day plus a low carb meal. I've managed a 16lb loss in those three weeks and I've now got to try and maintain where I am now. Always tricky for me as I tend to yo yo by about ten lbs.

So I'll still be here as I'm still using the products and let's see what next week brings

Ladies I have been brutal this time around. Last week i only had 2 shakes all day and lots of coffee and was shaking and weak. So i succumbed and returned to food. The boyfriend was NOT happy at all with me being on the shakes either. So. I have decided im doing 2 weeks on them only and I am done forever. Ive that wedding in two weeks. Im up to 12st 4 so could be 11 7 maybe if i get myself into gear lol.

I also just broke my phone so am feeling annoyed. Ive no replacement it looks like till i get it fixed. #howwillisurvive

Massive well done greta your doing amazing. That loss is colossal you must feel great. Good luck on maintenance. I struggle with that too. But it is doable. :)

Heres to a happy 2 weeks shaking. C'mon Ava. Smash it this time. Lol

What sort of diet are you planning Ava? I try and low carb where I can and I've been following some recipes in a book called 'Deliciously Ella' recent and they are indeed delicious! She has a FB page and blog too - well worth a look!

I too am not going to return to the shakes. I use them as a bit of a tool when I've put on a little bit and I shouldn't really. I'm more than capable of maintaining - just takes diligence at all times! Which is dull.

I've accepted that I'm not going to be 8 stone and I'm happy around the 9 and a half towards 10 stone buffer.

I'm sure you can do it - you were an absolute power house before and just stormed it!

Hope the phone gets sorted quickly

Im planning on working with a health specialist for a programme for 5 months to relearn how to eat healthily. Im excited about it and hope it works! Thx for the low carb tip. Im not sure yet if that will be required. I think 9 - 10 stone is a very healthy weight range Greta. Good thinking.

I too use shakes as a crutch to lose weight quickly mainly for an event or holiday but need to eat healthily and sustain it consistently.

I cracked it before on lipo alright. Ill try my best for 2 weeks. :)

Well ladies Im not in the right headspace at all for lipo :( i cracked again last night and had a breakfast this morning tho it was a healthy one. ill try just have two more shakes and restart properly tomorrow. I think im not occupied enough im job hunting tho i do work part time thankfully.

I have that wedding two weeks on thursday and want to lose at least 10lbs. I really HAVE to do it.

On a positive note i graduated in make up artistry last night. yay.

Hows everyone getting on? better then me i hope :)

Oh noooo re the not able to get into lipo. It happens though - if you're not there mentally you just can't do it. All you CAN do is take it one meal at a time and see if they start to add up. Have something hanging up in view that you're maybe half a stone away from fitting into. That might inspire you a little

But if you can't do it then don't beat yourself up. It's not something that should be done forever so it could maybe be your time to start a new plan

Yay. Wow that must be some collection. Im a make up artist for a few years i love the stuff too but i decided to do another course. My kit is teeny at the mo im so broke lol but i cant do without estee lauder double wear light and a bit of contouring :) Tho Im working on a part time basis with a top irish make up artist and am being swayed to the more natural look lol.

Yeah i really cant do it this time. I think im too near the fridge most days sigh. Ill try hang up a tight dress in my room. Thanks. My jeans are bet onto me too. Grrrrr

Ha ha. It's a lifetime passion of mine! All carefully kept in drawers. Saddo!!!

Anyway good luck with today. I keep looking round my house and seeing the kids Easter eggs which still remain. Must be strong!!! It's a peanut Exante bar for me for lunch!
