I only lost half a pound at my last weigh in, and to be honest this hasn't been my best week
Had a bottle of wine on Thursday night, forgot my Speed soup that I was meant to be having in work for lunch on Friday, then colleagues were going to the chippy for lunch so I ended up getting a chicken kebab on chips. Don't even want to think about ho many syns were in that. I didn't even enjoy it!
Then on friday night I ended up going to a friends and had another bottle of wine.
Saturday night comes, and I'm going out, so of course yet another bottle of wine, plus a few Morgan Spice and full fat Coke were had. Eeeeekkk
I weighed myself at home this afternoon (I know I shouldn't) and I don't seem to have put any weight on since my last WI, so hopefully if I'm really good between now and my next WI on Wednesday the damage won't be too bad! On the plus point, aside from those chips and all that bloody alcohol, I did stick to the plan otherwise, I didn't give up completely.
The plan for tomorrow is 2 slices of Nimble bread toasted and spread with Laughing Cow Light for breakfast
An apple, a pear and 2 clementines to have for my morning and afternoon breaks
Superspeed Soup for lunch
SW Quiche for dinner
