Good to hear that you had a fabby holiday though and to be down 4lbs on your 8lbs gain already, must have been mainly water then hun which is bloody great if you ask me! Now you can get back on the wagon and get yourself to goal, knowing that you had a good time in-between and it hasn't put you off cd, you go girl!!!
