going to do a food diary on here so people can comment on it!!
I do extra easy every day :)

Tuesday
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEX), banana, coffee, sweetners and 250ml Semi Skimmed milk (HEX)

Snacks - Banana + Kiwi, 3 mint imperials (3 syns)

Dinner - Sweet and sour pot (uncle bens - free!)

Tea - Spaghetti bolognese with 28g red fat cheese (4 syns)

Total syns = 7!
 
wednesday
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEX), 250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEX), coffee, sweetner and banana
Dinner - Seafood sticks, bottle of water and a prepared fruit thing from asda
Snacks - Apple, banana, 10xfruit pastilles (5 syns)
Tea - Jacket potato, beans and four sausages (2syns)
WW yoghurt + Aero Biscuit bar (5syns)

Total syns = 12!
 
thursday
Breakfast - bacon, mushrooms, 2 x wholemeal bread (HEX), coffee, milk (1 syn), sweetner
Dinner - Seafood Sticks, Apple + Banana
snacks - Hot choc (2 syns) Aero Biscuit bar (5 syns)
Tea - spaghetti bolognese - ex lean steak mince, passata, onion, mushroom, garlic, spaghetti, stock, herbs.
WW yoghurt, apple and banana.

Total syns = 8
 
Friday
Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread (HEX), bacon, mushrooms, coffee, milk (1syn), sweetner, WW toffee yogurt.
Dinner - Pasta + Sauce cheese and brocolli (0,5 syn) 42g red fat cheddar (HEX)

Staying out for the weekend now at my boyfriends to cant report back till sunday night!!
 
Friday
Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread (HEX), bacon, mushrooms, coffee, milk (1syn), sweetener, WW toffee yogurt.
Dinner - Pasta + Sauce cheese and broccoli (0,5 syn) 42g red fat cheddar (HEX)
Tea – 4 x sausages (2 syns), jacket potato, beans, onions and mushrooms
Strawberries, grapes, Aero biscuit bar (5 syns) apple.

Saturday
Breakfast – 2 x Weetabix (HEX), banana + strawberries, 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEX), coffee, sweetener
Snacks – Apple + WW yogurt
Dinner – Sweet Thai Chilli Noodles low fat
Tea – Spaghetti, Dolmio low fat sauce (4.5 syns), mushrooms, onions, 28g low fat cheese (4 syns)
Seafood Sticks + Grapes.

Total syns = 8.5

Sunday
Breakfast – 2 x wholemeal bread (HEX), Bacon, Mushrooms, Coffee, 250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEX), sweetener
Dinner – Seafood Sticks, WW yogurt
Snacks – Aero Biscuit Bar (5 syns), Options hot choc (2syns)
Tea – Maggi garlic for chicken (2.5 syns), chicken, slimming world roast potatoes, carrots.

Monday
Breakfast – 2 x Weetabix (HEX), strawberries, 250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEX), Coffee, Sweetener.
Dinner – Lemon Cous cous (0.5 syns)
WW yogurt + Aero Biscuit Bar (5 syns)

Total syns = 5.5
 
week four
Tuesday

Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread (HEX), bacon, mushrooms, coffee, sweetener, 250ml semi skimmed (HEX)
Snacks - Aero biscuit bar (5syns)
Dinner - Spag bol (ex lean mince, passata, mushrooms, onions, garlic, mixed herbs), Grapes + WW yogurt
Then went to the gym after work and atfter 40 minutes i was sweating like mad and felt so dizzy had to leave!
I have then come home and had grapes, WW yogurt and coffee.
 
Hello, just having a quick look at your diary and my only suggestion would be that you need to seriously up your super-free if you're doing EE. Quite a lot of your meals don't seem to contain any at all!

What's the Uncle Ben's pot you mention - is it like a pot noodle? I'm always on the look out for things like that, will keep an eye out.

I know, I have been trying recently!
Im not sure what there called there on the pot noodle aisle though i think, uncle bens and dolmio make them and the uncle bens sweet and sour is free! the top bit is the sauce and the underneath bit is rice there great for on the go!!

Wednesday
Breakfast - 2 X wholemeal bread (HEX), bacon, mushroom and tomatoes.
Snacks - Coffee, Sweetener, milk (one syn), aero biscuit bar (5syn)
Dinner - Pasta n sauce cheese and brocolli (0.5 syn) with added mushrooms
Tea - Maggi sweet and sour (4.5 syns), chicken, onions, potatoes, carrots.
Grapes, strawberries + WW vanilla yoghurt

Total syns - 11
 
Thursday
Breakfast - Weetabix(HEX), strawberries, 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEX), coffee, sweetener.
Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna + mayo (2syns), salad and seafood sticks
Then I went off and had a small piece of corned beef pie :(
Tea - Jacket potato, beans, chicken in batter (8syns), Chicken wrapped in bacon (not sure on syns!)
I then had a prepared fruit pot from tesco, a milky way and curly wurly.
Bad day for me !
 
Friday
Breakfast - weetabix (HEX), fruit pot thing over the top (strawberries, grapes and blackberries), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEX), coffee, sweetener
Dinner - Uncle bens sweet and sour rice pot, seafood sticks, whole punnet of strawberries, toffee muller light
Then just got home from the gym, burnt off 500 odd calories and I am now going to eat a punnet of grapes :)
 
also add for friday
pasta with 28g red fat cheddar (4 syns )
so total syns for friday = 4
 
Saturday
Breakfast - 2 x whole meal bread (HEX), bacon, mushrooms, coffee, sweetener, milk 250ml semi skimmed (HEX)

Tea - For starter I had a punnet of strawberries, Pasta, 28g cheddar (4syns), mushrooms
WW yogurt, Apple, banana

Breakfast - 2 x wholemeal bread(HEX) , baked beans, mushrooms, bacon, coffee, sweetener, milk (1 syn), Flora light on bread (3 syns?), 28g cheddar (HEX)
Dinner - Punnet of strawberries, banana and apple.
I then had a small slice of home made victoria sponge cake!
Tea - apple + nothing :( I know i should have something but there is nothing at all in my house :(

Tea - Went out to a pub so had rump steak, jacket potato, peas, mushrooms and 3 onion rings.
Slice of slimming world roulade (0.5 syn) for whole cake, grapes.
