Shame about the car boot sale!

I've heard the later ones aren't as busy. Also though a lot of people have gone on holiday especially those with kids. The town seemed quieter today too.

Good luck tomorrow, at least the car is already packed up.

well weather was horrendous but we had a giggle and i made 23 quid how much water can i buy for that then ????

yeah was a bit well took myself back to bed at about 2 in the spare room as oh was up on the guitar in the attic and cant hear it much from there well woke for a wee !! realised he was now downstairs so went in our bed and got up at 6.15 to find the heating full wack well it was freezing earlier and hes asleep on sofa (nightshift last nite ) well feeling better now quite achey thinks that the ketosis part of the diet !! always feel like this 2nd day only drank 1litre of water 1 coke zero and 1 laaaarge coffee so need to consume some before bed cant see it being an early nite somehow well not yet hany packs saving for l8tr xxxxx

well just had FOF shake made in my new shaker no lumps whoo hoo and it was lush as i was drinkingn it though not bad for day 2 then reality hit home its day 3 im such a muppet !!!

well as holiday is looming really wish i had stuck 100% to ss as ive not really lost that much so back on ss till sun sort of hoping for a miracle would love to drop 10-14 lbs

well 1 pack down 2 large coffees 1 coke zero & 2 litres of water down still got 2 pack sto go think ill have a muffin then hot choc as its soooo cold !
