Been searching for an easy way to keep a food diary on my phone - slimming world app is not good enough yet and most others count calories - so decided give it a try on here
I'm 2 pounds outside target range at the mo but ideally would like to drop my target
Any feedback is welcome

Breakfast - 1 weetabix - 1/2 heb with milk hea

Snack - 1 snack a jack - 3 syns

Dinner- chickpea Dahl

Snack - 1 chocolate biscuit - 4.1/2 syns

Tea - pork loin chop jacket potato + veg with gravy - 2 syns

Red wine - approx 8 syns

Total syns for day: 17.1/2

Really want to stick to 10 syns per day so gone way over today :-(
Weigh in on thurs morn so hoping for a sts this week

Think it's helping posting a diary on here and knowing everyone else can see it

Snack - mullerlight yogurt - 1 syn

Dinner- 1/2 pack savoury rice with veg, courgette, red pepper, mushroom

Snack - 2 ryvitas 1/2 HEB, 2 laugh cow EL - 2 syns 1 lemon, 1 egg not all together :)

Tea - chicken and lentil curry veg- onion, red pepper, tomatoes with boiled rice

Red wine - 8 syns

Total syns for today: 11

Got weigh in this morning hoping for a sts as only done 2 days properly

Back from weighin put on 1 lb :-(

Milk for tea 1 HEA
Breakfast - hifi bar at group 1 HEB

Snack - 2 ryvita, cottage cheese and marmite - 3 syns

Dinner - chickpea Dahl, 200g rustic chips 2 syns

Snack - mullerlight yogurt 1 syn
Strawberries and fat free yogurt

Tea - spicy chicken, golden savoury rice, veg - onion yellow pepper green beans tomatoes

Red wine : approx 8

Total syns for today: 14

Milk for tea - 1 hea

Dinner - chickpea Dahl - think I'm addicted mullerlight yogurt 1 syn 1 chocolate biscuit 4.1/2 syns

Tea - pasta pizza, 30g cheese 1 hea with sw chips ketchup 1 syn

Cider approx 4 syns wine 5 syns

Total syns for today: 15.1/2

Weekend didn't go so well - had Barbie sat night with lots to drink then went out Sunday all day had picnic lunch then leftovers for tea

Back to it today

Green day

Breakfast - 1 weetabix 1/2 heb fat free yogurt, frozen fruit

snack - hifi bar 1 heb

Dinner - chickpea Dahl 2 ryvitas 1/2 heb cottage cheese and marmite

1 chocolate - 4.1/2? Muller light yogurt 1 syn

Pasta carbonara with bacon 2 syns and extra light phili 2 syns Cheese 1 hea

Wine 5

Total syns for today: 14.1/2

You're absolutely right I need to watch my syns - would ideally like to stick to 10 per day - mixing it up more would prob help with that - might try to follow the diet out the mag for a week to get some new ideas I really struggle with lunch times more than anything
Not had a good day today I made the fatal mistake of weighing myself this morning and the scales weren't being kind :-( its *week too so that's not helping either

I absolutely agree about the syns I want to ideally stick to 10 a day so need to sort that and mixing it up more would prob help - might follow the diet in the mag for a week to get some new ideas I really struggle with lunch times

Been ill for a few days so not been following diet - I've had terrible stomach cramps been in agony every time I ate something so I've not dared eat much last few days
Feeling a lot better now so hopefully I'll be able get back to normal now

Been back to group this morning after not being well last week - lost a pound
Need to get back on track now

Breakfast - hifi bar at group 1 HEB

Milk for drinks - 1 HEA

Dinner - roasted courgette and couscous
1 snack a jack - 3 syns

Snacks - strawberries and fat free yogurt, 1 ryvita with laughing cow EL 2.1/2 syns

Tea- curry - chicken, onion, sweet potato, cauliflower, curry powder with boiled rice

1 glass wine - 5 syns

Total syns for today: 10.1/2

Ok starting this again going on hol in 9 weeks so just enough time to get where I want to be but need to stick to it now - been trying to read my books and got the new mag today to get motivated - hubby is away this weekend so only got myself to sort too

Dinner - stir fry veg and noodles 1 tblsp chilli sauce 1.1/2 syns, 1 mullerlight

Snack - strawberries and fat free yogurt

Tea - 160g cod 1 HEB + 1/2 syn, sw chips, mushy peas, egg

Glass of red wine 5 syns

Total syns for today: 7
