beckys weighloss diary

Hi all...
im on a diet again lol this time ive decided to just try calorie counting.. i have done slimming world b4 and managed to lose 2 stone but recently i have gained half that back, my eating has gone outta control :eek: ... so im gonna keep a diary keep track of what i eat and it would be nice hear from others in the same situation and keeping eachover motivated! :) I plan to stick to around 1200 calories aday with some exercise, im also giving up smoking its been tough im on day 6 no fags felling awful lol but quite proud of myself :)

Today has been quite good stuck to my calories, never execised today still not feeling to good :( hoping should feel better from not smoking soon! lol

felt better today went to the gym and done a total tone class for a hour.. i thought it would be like toning with small weight sortof thing but i was wrong it was really tough! but no pain no gain i spose! gonna continue going to classes as i cant get lazy and give like i do at gym n i have do the full hour lol..
I fell like ive ate loads today but ive only ate 985 cals today noticed im eating quite alot of carbs and crisps so im gonna try cutting them out try eat more fruit :)

Feeling really down trying my best not to go rumbering down my cupboard, i had a bag crisps but then stopped myself, just found out my best friend my only real friend of 8 years is considering moving hundreds off miles away with some guy so bit upset lol was gonna exercise but dont feel up for it atm although i have walk quite abit today anyway enough with my rambling heres my food diary

Still got quite afew calories left but im sortof scared to eat much more bec im worried about carbs anyone got any meal ideas thats low in carbs.. im not really big on fruit although i gotta try eat more
 
Aw sorry to hear about your friend. All my good friends live in a different county now so I don't get to see them much, but still talk on the phone loads and see them occasionally. You're doing really well though so don't give up! I'm doing low carb, my diary for the past ten days is on mfp, do you use it? There's loads of meals on there. I have a diary here too, but I only restarted it this week so not so many ideas. I've been snacking on nuts and fruit and peanut butter mostly if I'm hungry between meals :)
 
No im deffo not giving in not again, feelin better now managed to not stuff my face lol no i havent but il deffo have a look thanks x
 
i had all good intentions today but its all gone horribly wrong :/ had plans to go to a bonka class this morn but it got cancled. started feeling really low, relised my last nicotine patch must have fallen off this morning probley why... And i started mindless eating and then im like ive blown it what the hell il eat more i know really not the point and i feel terrible.. i wish i could have more self control.. ive eaten about 1800 calories a few sandwichs and snacks not gonna have dinner.. i fell quite bad but im not giving up fresh start again tomorrow but im not gonna beat myself up to much as i am quitting a 13 year smoking addiction spose its normal have my ups and downs but gonna try keep myself more busy and stick to it!
 
was up bright and early this morn walked to town and back bout hours walk and went gym done another totall toning class trying make up for yesterday abit.. legs are killing but feeling great gonna try booking a yoga class for tomorrow, ive been good so far i have had

Thank you! yeah i do.. something i never thought id be able give up smoking i couldnt imagine my life without it i know sounds silly but ive done it an now i believe if you put your mind to it you really can atchive anything feeling really positive lol i really dont want gain loads weight through giving up so trying my best best be sensible :)

been really busy today only just got home, went to a yoga class was more harder than i thought ended up falling over all over the place lol good fun thou..then walked to town walked for bout 3 hours totall so that good got soaked thou lol :( glad be home im knacked so gonna have a relax day with my kids cuddles on sofa watching movies i think :)
