Hi all...
im on a diet again lol this time ive decided to just try calorie counting.. i have done slimming world b4 and managed to lose 2 stone but recently i have gained half that back, my eating has gone outta control
... so im gonna keep a diary keep track of what i eat and it would be nice hear from others in the same situation and keeping eachover motivated!
I plan to stick to around 1200 calories aday with some exercise, im also giving up smoking its been tough im on day 6 no fags felling awful lol but quite proud of myself
