I know it says up to 50 inches on the waist but i dont know my size in inches. Im currently a larger sized 26. Anybody similiar sized who it fits? I really want to try this but im too nervous to go to a class.

Do you put it on your waist or your hips? on my waist it would be fine but on my hips it would be about 3 inches too small! (mainly because my butt sticks out!)

I really want to give it a go as well but am worried that the belt won't fit! x

it goes on your hips, im a 18/20 on bottom and i thought it wouldn't fit me but it did with a few inches to spare. You couls always buy some velcro and make an extension.

I read somewhere that it works fine if you stick the controller in a close fitting pocket on your trousers - you could try that first, might save you a bit of a Blue Peter effort?
