Best excercises??

    Hello, I was just wondering what the best excercise is to tone up your inner thighs? and also the best way to get rid of fat on your stomach? Ive heard dancing is good? is this true?

    I am not sure about the stomach fat however, I do believe that squats are really good for your inner thighs :D I likes them anyways!

    sit ups and crunches for your stomach...

    squatting for your legs
    riding a bike is good too

    pilates in excellent for inner and outer thigh toning :D....as for the stomach....if you find an answer let me know...thats where i carry majority of my fat :0icanfly:

    Sit ups with an exercise ball is supposed to be good for the abs.

    Also when doing things like aerobics try to hold your abs in strong and that's supposed to help tone them :D
