Attack Bibaloo's cruise diary

Bit of a change from last weeks positive post as I seem to have regained all the weight I lost last week. I didn't feel as slim but I didn't think it would be that bad.

Not been to the loo all week and have had dukan bread a couple of times so I'll cut that out (which is a shame as it makes a lovely change). Other than that I've been fine. Been working lates all week though so no cooked meals as such. I seemed to lose best when I was having roasted veg every other day. I'll try to do that again this week.

Feel so deflated but I'm not for giving up as I know the few pounds I've lost will be back on x
