Chinese was lovely & was prob a lot less than the 30 Syn's I allowed but that's what I had available!!

Could have done with a couple of beers to wash it down with though, but that's the old me....

Fizzy water! Well done!! Your very good at control, I would've had the Chinese and then thought 'ah go on' to the beer and would've regretted it in the morning. So well done :claps: :) x

30 min Cycle 11km (after a failed run attempt due to Calf Injury.)

0800 Breakfast
Shredded Wheat (HE B) with Skimmed Milk (HE A) & Pineapple.

1315 Lunch
Jacket Potato, Tuna Mayo (2 Syn's) & Salad with light French dressing.

1800 Dinner
Grilled Cod, Potatoes & Veg.

2100 Pool Snack
Various (12 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 14/15

Weekly Syn's: 14/90

Hi, glad to see you are back on track - you are going great guns again by the looks of it :). Keep up the good work and you will easily complete the run. Am afraid I have fallen by the way side in a big way :( Have decided to blow out this weekend and I AM going together back on it Monday morning :}

I HAVE THE SICKNESS BUG & CAN'T EAT COZ I BECOME UNWELL!!!

ALL THE BAD FOOD FROM YESTERDAY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MY BODY....

JUST SIPS OF WATER TO GET ME THROUGH TODAY....

SCALES ARE SHOWING A 6LB LOSS FROM YESTERDAY & 7.5LB LOSS FROM LAST WEEK!!

EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING....

I am so so at the mo, I've had a few bad days & not training this week....
