Hi all, well this is my first week doing weight watchers. I'm still trying to understand the whole points system. Quite supprised at how many points I have, I'm 26 yrs, 6ft 1" and 20.9 stone. And I have 62pp a day.
Well here's hoping it goes well.

Well that my dinner out of the way, ended up with home made chicken Biryani which was nice and used up 12 of my points. Hmm I wonder what I could have for tea? Any suggestions anyone?

Veggie curry - 3

Mid afternoon snack

Banana - 0
Apple - 0

Tea

Chicken breast - 2
Asparagus - 0
Broccoli - 0
baby carrots - 0
Baby new potatoes - 5
Peas - 0
Sweetcorn - 0
Balsamic vinegar - 1

Chocolate plain (50g) - 7

Total - 29pp / 62pp (I just can get anywhere near 62 points)
 
My fiancé is having the same problem, he's on 56 but as I'm on 31 I'm making low point meals so he's not even touching his weekly. Maybe add some good oils in and a not such "diety" meals if you can?

A big brekkie and milk will help to use your points. Maybe if your busy it might be worth investing in some cereal bars? to help use points too

Also peas and sweetcorn are pointed
35g Peas = 1 PP
30g Sweetcorn = 1 PP
130g Chicken breast is 3 PP......2 PP of chicken seems a very small amount.

Can take a while to get into the swing of things. Try using full fat cheese and semi skimmed and normal yogurts maybe to up your points.

well its weight in tonight and im a little on the nervous side as this is the first week. hopefully i have done alright. if not i think the clothes horse, i mean exersize bike will be comeing out again.

Your scales are very accurate! Which ones do you use? I thought mine were good weighing to the half pound!
