    Hi

Has anyone watched Biggest Loser? Was on from April onwards couldn't believe the amount of weight the contestants lost. Would love to go somewhere for weeks at a time with no other outside pressure and just work on losing weight and getting fit.

    Heya Sue,

I watched the Biggest Loser this year too and thought it was brilliant. I know what you mean about being away from temptation, the test comes when they are home and real life gets in the way again.

Stay strong and stay positive and you can achieve anything. Aim for the moon and even if you miss you will land among the stars :)

That squiddie has some wise words, doesn't he?

The Biggest Loser programme has been really good - I've started doing a lot more exercise since first seeing the British series! I've seen a couple of American ones and am currently watching my 2nd series of the Australian one at the moment! I've even got my own "mini fitness circuit" set up in the back garden! - lol

They show you a lot about the exercise side of stuff on these programmes, but not really a lot about what they're all actually eating though - I wish there was more about that - there's always the websites they have set up too right enough!

It wouldn't be realistic for everyone to go off somewhere like this to lose their weight, then go back to everyday life ........... at least with SW the weight comes off gradually and the body magic can be built up gradually too ........... much more realistic to stick to for life .......... and probably much better for us, even if it does take a bit longer!

Just purchased the Biggest Loser Game for the wii. Comes out 13 November, supposed to give you recipes as well. Will have to see what its like when it arrives.

Not holding my breath that I will lose 6IBs+ a week though!
