Totally blew my diet today due to a Buffett at a funeral and peer pressure of people moaning "get something to eat there is nowt on ya" little do they know the underwear I have has rolls of fat firmly tucked away in it!

Ah well tomorrow is a new day, bit disappointed with myself as I have really enjoyed doing the sliming world plan this week due to the inspirations from this web site.
