Hi,
Can anyone help, I decided that if I was going to do diet and excercise the most successful way was to keep a day to day record. I started the blog method in this forum but now I've found one called 'diary' which is a similar format where peeps are recording their meal planners and exercise ...eep! which one ??
I'm only on Day 1 of P90X - So i could easily started again or paste it across ( tis the morning after the night before lol...my arms...yeeeouch!)
