    I am RUBBISH!!!

    Ok, so i have over indulged in the cupcakes!! and we went out last night and wasnt gona be back till late so we ended up at KFC!! arrgghhh.... weigh in is tommoroz.

    How am i gona shift the 3lbs i beleive i have put on this week.... yes the 3 pounds i LOST last week!!!

    Someone zip my mouth up!!!:whip:

    p.s, bike is on order... i am hoping this will change my life...:eek:

    ahhh dont worry we all do things like this we are only human
    maynot be as bad as you think some times the odd splurge does nt
    always mean youve gained you may sts just stick with the plan till your weigh in if you have stick with the plan for a loss for next wk!
