THanks Catz!! YEs, everything is calmer tonite - well, yesterday and today too. I just had a lot on the go, and am now finally able to come for air. FOr the minute anyway. Will have to get nose down again at times over the weekend and do more applications. Ugh.

BURNED 936 Calories this week

Another great day. Everything seems to be falling into place a bit more, and I am finding now that I feel “right” most days. Not bloated, not over fed. Just “right”. Content, but a wee bit of hunger.

Exercise is going great! I could not wait to get out yesterday, and changed my route 3 times to increase the time/mileage. I was dog tired when I got home as the cold really gets right into all my joints – but it just felt so good. And I can feel my strength improving. And under my loose skin, I can feel my ab muscles getting firmer. If only I didn’t have all this skin. L
I am realizing the skin is part of what is messing with my head. When I see the size clothes I am buying off the rack nowadays – 10s and 12 trousers, 12/14 tops (darn boobs!) My mind logically knows I have lost weight. But because the number on the scale is still slightly high, and I feel a bit podgy – I think that is just the excess skin. I must have 5-10 pounds that is just loose skin. Maybe more. 20 stone is pretty big. Hard not to let that get to me. But, maybe one day it will go, or one day I can afford to have it removed. But I reallllly do hate it.

But! That is as dark as my world gets these days, and if that’s it – I can live with that easily!! :D
So – forward ho!

Thanks hon. :) Sounds funny moaning, when I am soooooomuch better then before. Now I amjust bein particluar!! :D Well, will hope time is my friend. :)

I am not hungry at all between meals. For the past three or four days, I have not had anything nibbly , hardly at all adn very lite, small portions, etc.. I don’t understand it. But I like it. J

No, I have been having porridge most morning, so not your imagination!

THis past week my schedule has been all over the show, so I have not been very good about it. Weekends, no probs - but finding it tough during the week. But I am trying. It is a habit I want to adapt and make permanent as I have seen a great difference in how my hunger and energy levels playout on a day I had BF as opposed to one I didn't.

Thank you LS. :) I think the walking is helping. A few people came up to me today and asked if I was losing again. One even called me tiny! :rotflmao: :) Was nice to hear though!! You get so used to it in the diet, then when you are maintaining it goe a bit quite. SO it was nice. :)

How are you feeling today hon? ANy better?? :)

Phew. Last week got away from me. INteresting look back over it - my calories were far too low an several days, and it was a very hectic and stressful week.

Feeling more and more safe to say I believe the CBT has worked! But don't want to jinx anything yet - but to me, its truly remarkable that I was not fighting the urge to eat. I had to FORCE myself to heat up Tofu night before last - the 14th - I hardly ate a thing. I almost don;t know myself.

While I am astounded, I do know this is not OK and I need to try and get them up again this week.
