Erm been a bit munchy this evening, I'm blaming totm, on a plus side I have had lower cal options so syn wise it's ok but I don't want to get back into the habit of having them every night, I've had 3 snack a jack rice cakes , alpen bar, and a packet I'd skips ,
I have to say I actually feel a bit sick now.
Tomorrow is a new day ,

Hey Von :) that's not too bad. You've had such a good week, even if you went over your syns a bit I'm sure you would be fine :p. I wish I was in the same boat, I've already clocked 16 syns today :eek: lol . Hope you have a fab day tomorrow hun :).

Morning Von, just managed to catch up with your diary from the beginning :p . I hope you are well today. I'm sorry to hear about your knee, I hope your op goes all well for you hun. Take it easy with exercise and don't do too much lifting, I'm sure you know all this anyway :) . There are so many things that you have said that I can relate to lol . I often leave my shopping right to the very end, just so that I don't have to go out and be sucked into temptation and offers :D . I often write down my thoughts to myself like you, I have a journal which really helps me stay focused as to why I am doing this for myself. I often do is as a distraction too just like you so some time passes and I am not thinking about food ! My journey has also had highs and lows. I lost 3.5 stones last year only to gain 1 stone back on over xmas :(. I'm now trying to undo the damage. I have clawed back on half stone only another half stone to go then I should get my 3.5 stone award back :). Then after that I need to lose another 3.5 stone this year. I am giving myself until Christmas to get to target. It is a very long road ahead, but I agree the monthly challenges really help. I try and break it down into half stone goals each month. I'm in this for the long haul too. Hope we can both keep each other motivated on this journey. I will be popping in regular in the week to see how your getting on. You can't get rid of me now ! :D

PS. Von I hope you don't mind me suggesting this, but a while back I was working out at the gym and was having pain in my knee while exercising, like a clicking noise. One of the personal trainers at the gym recommended these tablets to me for joint pain (I was taking regular vitamins but they were not making a difference). They are quite expensive though that's the only down side .:rolleyes: I bought them and within a week my pain was gone . :) Here they are, Amazon and Boots sell them, they are amazing and well worth the money !!

Yea it's a long hard journey there's no denying that, and def helps breaking it into mini goals I usually have several going round in my head
Which ever is the nearest is the one I aim for
To lose 7 lb another 1/2 st gone
To get into the next stone bracket ,
To lose a stone
You know the kinda thing , but your right it helps,
Thanks for the suggestion for tabs in going to hav a look in boots , if it helps ease the pain there well worth it,

So been for a wander round town , looking for some joint care tabs I been recommended but unsure if I saw the correct ones , the name same ingredients slightly diff,
So back home I'm my pj's
Life in the fast lane or wot,
Thinking bout tea feeling a little hungry so think I'm going to do SW chips, bacon and egg, and I'm going to try the cake in a mug I was sent info yest and it sounds nice ,

Morning Von, :) I did SW from home too for a while after my op last year. The support on mins is great to get you through. Good luck for weigh in on Saturday hun, although I think you will lose with flying colours ! :p The last month has been brill for your losses. Keeping my fingers crossed for you hun ! Hope you have a smashing day today. I'm going to go down now into the kitchen and see what I can fix myself for brekkie, feeling really hungry this morning, fancy an omelette :D.
