Thought I'd say a quick hello and introduce myself and my 4-legged companion!! I'm Melissa, 39 year old single mum to two girls. I am dieter number 1 in my family. I am looking at losing just over a stone so that I can find my running mojo again. Dieter number 2 in the family is Skye, a three year old husky Labrador cross who has been tucking into the biscuits right on with me. Skye needs to lose a couple of kilo's so she can find her running mojo by my side!!
We've come on here as we have been a tad lazy with both our eating habits and our exercise habits and we do need people to every now and then give us a pat behind the ear or a slap on our behinds to keep us motivated!
