hi in the little book u recieve with ur meals, it says ever 4 weeks to av a break week which involves ur 3 meals aswell as a 600cal meals, iv not noticed anybody talk about this and was just woundering y?
also i wanted to no if any1 does have the break weeks like ur ment to if they no were can get a list of foods ur allowed to av in the 600cal meal. if i do do the break week ill prob av things like salad(lettuce, tomarto,cucumber,peppers), eggs, chicken,chedder cheese,milk,ham, bacon and veg is is all ok. id ideal like a list so can make few different things.
