Breakfast dilemma

Hey guys,

I would love to pick your brains.....
During the week I am only eating a couple of pieces of fruit and an Activia for brekkie. I'm worried this isn't enough.
At the weekends I always eat more-porridge, cooked breakfast-but on a week day I just can't face anything more.

Do you think this is enough?

if it fills you up hon then yep its how you feel once you have had brekki.

I agree, my consultant always says eat until your full so if fruit and yougurt are filling you up then thats enough. You shouldn't eat for the sake of it if your not hungry but if you are, just top up with more free foods!
