L - Salmon, Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomato, mullerlight
D - chicken, peppers, onions, 198g Pot Wedges (HEXB)
S - 3s on Oats.
 
Still snowed in!! Not sure if My class is happening tomorrow or not, have to call the C again tomorrow.

Tuesday 21st December - M2M

B - 2 ww br (HEXB), 42g cheddar (HEXA), Tuna, Onion, blob of light salad cream 1.5
L - Dried noodles, peppers, mush, onion, carrot, quorn been strips, spices. Mullerlight
D - Cottage pie with root veg topping, Cabbage & Green Beans
HEXA - Milk for Hot drinks
HEXB - Fibre +
Sins - Salad cream -1.5, Options hot choc - 2
Gym later also.

B - Skinny muffin from starbucks (see thread 'now I know I am going to do it for explanation) 18S (didnt eat the whole thing - but will count the sins)
L - pasta & sauce, bacon, spinach, onion
D - Left over carrot & swede topped cottage pie, cabbage, peas
HEXA - Skimmed milk
Sins - 18 on muffin..

Going to try to stick to M2M and EE over the festive period as out loads visiting and so not sure the red / green plans will be attainable.

Thursday 23rd Dec - Extra Easy

Went to weigh in tonight and put on 1.5lb over xmas period, so that isnt too bad. Quickly on, quickly off...I hope..

Good morning from a poorly Nattymo
Have caught the bug that everyone has been suffering with over christmas, so I am working today from the comfort of my bed. My food diary is slightly odd - given that I am at home and unprepared, but hey - lets go with it!

Friday 7th Jan - Green Day

B - Butternut squash soup (it was here and i couldnt think of what else to have! i thought the vitamins would be good for me?!)
L - Scrambled egg, quorn sausages, mushrooms and wedges
S - Melon, grapes, banana and apple
D - prawns (HEXB), pasta, chilli, lime, LF creme fraiche - 2.5, side salad.
Other HEX's - a = Skimmed milk & ? (Maybe 28g cheese on my pasta), B - 2 x alpen light
Sins - Creme Fraiche - 2.5. Mayo - 2, Tesco profiterole dessert - 6.5 = 11

I have been reading my SW books today, so have decided to get things back to basics, and I am going to plan my meals for the weekend like I did waaaaaay back at the beginning. Off alcohol and no visiting planned this weekend - so actually, no reason my planning wont work.

I will edit of course if changes do occur...ho..hum..!

Saturday 8th Jan - Extra Easy

Good weekend so far for sticking to plan and exercising! Running & Swimming - done! Min alcohol - stuck to, and plan - 100% on track! Whoop!

Sins - Bertolli light - 2, alpen light - 3 = 5
Hexa - milk in T & Coffee.
 
Morning all!

I went spinning this morn, and am full of the joys! It was tough, as I havent done it since the summer, but I enjoy it sooo much! The pain tomorrow will be worth it :)

Tuesday 11th Jan - Extra Easy
B - 28g Oats (HEXB), Skimmed Milk (HEXA) Banana & Blueberries. TBSP syrup - 3
L - Tuna Pasta (sweetcorn, Cucumber, onion - mixed with ff Nat Yog), Melon, grapes & strawberries.
S - apple
D - Roast chicken with lemon & Garlic (which I have cooking in the slow cooker now! First time done this way, am excited to see how it turns out). Sw Roast potatoes, Cabbage, Carrotts & parsnips. Gravy - 2
Sins - Syrup - 3, Gravy - 2. =5
Exercise - 45 mins spin class - done

Boy, my calves are SORE today! No pain no gain and all that!! lol!
WI tonight, and looking forward to see if the 1.5lb xmas gain has gone - and maybe more?! who knows?!

D - Chicken & Bacon pasta (with mush, onion, pepper, chopped toms & Garlic) 28g Parmesan (HEXA)
Sins - bertolli - 2, S.chilli sauce - 2.5, fibre + - 6 = 10.5

Fingers crossed for weigh tonight...

congrats on ur loss. yes its small but its the right direction! When i did the plan last time around, I found that alot of people in my class had a 2-3 week cycle of small losses then a large one! could be due next week!

keep at it, think of how nice it will be to get that next 1.5lbs!

I know myself when I really get into my exercise that for a few weeks I STS or have small losses. Is annoying, but I am prepared for the pattern! thank you tho x

Exercise - New Jillian michael's DVD - last chance workout (55 mins). Have got one of her other DVD's so I know that they are HARD!

No fair - Sunday morn and awake at 6:45 as the OH keeps snoring!!!! GRRRR!!!

Off to see the bro in law & fam today, so they are cooking us lunch. OH has of course (on my behalf!) asked the menu for today, so that I can work the rest of the day around it.

L - Roast lamb, Roast Veg & Gravy (will allow todays 15 sins to lunch as not 100% how everything will be cooked)

Snacks- Banana, melon & grapes
Exercise - off to gym with OH & BIL, so will do 1 hour cardio.
