Breakfast: 35g Oats(HEB),250ml SS MIlk(HEA), half Banana,Raspberries, WW Yogurt

Lunch: leftover: Sweetpotato and red lentil curry (6syns)

Snacks:
Half Banana, 1 x Alpen ligh bar(0.5 x HEB), 28g Emmental Cheese(HEA),1 x Digestive (3.5syns)

Dinner: Couscous with: stock cube,garlic, onions, carrots, peas and peppers
pork

Snacks: 250ml SS Milk(HEA), 1 x Alpen Bar(0.5HEB), 3 x Rich Tea(6syns)

TOTAL: 3 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 15.5 x syns a lil over on the syns...

Shame about the STS but i think it's probably got a lot to do with being off track so close to weigh day that had a little bloat causing the scales to stick.

I'm sure with a good week off I'm sure you'll get the loss you deserve

Yeah your probably right....i am just surprised how i didnt gain or lose even an oz it was exactly STS.

Still enjoying SW and looking forward for another week. I could do with two weeks with a 3lbs loss to catch back with my Easter target.

DAY 37

Over the weekend we sorted LO room as we have been co-sleeping.

Tonight she is in her own room, shes hasn't complained. I think I am the one going to suffer separation anxiety
:mad:. So proud of her thought we would be co sleeping for life...hehe

Breakfast: 3 x Weetabix(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), half Banana, WW Yogurt

Lunch: leftover Couscous - no pic

Snacks: 3 x Kiwi, 1 x Kellogs Chewy(HEB)

Dinner:
Roast Chicken
Roast: Sweet potato, Butternut squash, Peppers & Carrots
Roast Courgettes with salt, pepper and sprinkle of parmesan cheese(0.5 x HEA).....this was yummy
1 TBSP Olive Oil(HEB)...where have i been just learnt its a HE...love it

Snack:
Mini White Magnum (8.5syns)

TOTAL: 2.5 x HEA, 3 x HEB, 8.5 x syns

DAY 38

Breakfast: half grapefruit, 35g Oats(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), half banana, Raspberries, WW Yogurt

lunch was later than usual as had gone to town to meet a friend, I normally over indulge at Starbucks but choose wisely `Earl Grey`:)

Lunch: Penne Pasta, Pea, Philadelphia Light(HEA), Chicken

Snacks: 1 x Alpen light(0.5 x HEB), 1 x Digestive(3.5syns)

Dinner: Mixed Veg Rice, Green beans,Salmon, Olive oil(0.5 x HEB)

Snacks: 250ml SS Milk(HEA), 3 x Digestive (10.5 syns)

Is it a bad thing that my syns are mainly consumed with biscuits???

TOTAL: 3 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 14 syns

DAY 39...so far

Soooo...it seems I am not sleeping well when LO is in her own room. Woke up this morning telling hubby he needs to bring her cot into our room. Having thought about it if shes content I best leave her. She is even sleeping slightly longer between things. Time for me to let her be

Breakfast:
3 x Weetabix(1.5 x HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), 1 grated pear, WW Yogurt.

Lunch: Leftover Rice from yesterday.

Not feeling to great, feel like I am coming down with a cold and doesn't help that I haven't slept well past two nights. Also at my ladies meeting I was running the creche and all the LOs had sniffles hope my LO doesn't get it. We are going for four month jabs tomorrow pray she doesn't have any side effects and soldier on like her first jabs.

Snacks:1 x Alpen Light (half HEB), 1 x rich Tea(2syns)

Dinner:
Cottage pie
Mash: Potato, sweetpotato, butternut, 1tbsp quark
Mince; Beef, carrots, peas, courgettes, pepper
Cheese. combination of Gouda and Emmental (3 x HEA)

Snacks:
3 x Digestive (10.5syns)

TOTAL: 4 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 12.5 syns

DAY 40 so far

So LO had her 4 month Jabs...so far so good...she is playing away and giggling.

The cold had definitely caught me, feeling absolutely drained:(

Breakfast: 35g Oats(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), Raspberries, WW Yogurt

Lunch: Ham,2 x Fried eggs(1syn),Butternut & Sweetpotato mash, 28g Gruyere Cheese(HEA)

Snacks:
2 x Alpen Light (HEB), Banana

Dinner: Spagetti & 56g Gouda Cheese( 2 x HEA)
Meatball: chicken mince, courgetter, peppers, garlic, onion, passata

Snacks: 3 x Digestive(10.5 syns), 2 x Rich Tea (4syns)

Thanks to breastfeeding I have the extra HE because when I am not well I am a comfort eater...seem to be using all my HE and syns...

TOTAL: 4 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 15.5 x SYN

So I just scoffed my evening biscuits and as much as I need to use my syns I need to not do it through biscuits only.

So I am slightly late...but I've decided I will give up biscuits for lent.

I like to use my syns on KitKat chocolate :) only 5 syns for a 2 finger KitKat.
I had a bad day, totally fell off the wagon as had lunch with friends and there was chocolate involved.. So much chocolate..! Eek! Hoping to write it off and start anew tomorrow x

DAY 41

I am still not well so think its a weekend chilling at home

LO had a temperature last night, her side effect seem to have been tiredness cos she slept 9 hours straight before a feed. This morning still high temperature but slowly coming down with Calpol. She is definitely not her self no smiles today...which is not like her. Lots of cuddles and naps and hope symptoms clear soon.

Breakfast: Cinamon Oats 35g(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), Banana, WW Yogurt.

Snack: 1tbsp honey (2.5syns) with lemon to help the symptoms I have.

Lunch: 80g Spagetti, left over chiken meatballs & 28g Emmental Cheese(HEA)

Snack:
Green Tea & Kellogs Choc Chewy delight(HEB)

Dinner: 2 x Fried Egg & bacon bits(4 syns),
Chips: Sweetpotato, Butternut
Courgettes topped with Parmesan(HEA)
Gouda cheese(HEA)



TOTAL: 4 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 6.5 SYNS

DAY 42

Not feeling any better today :(. However LO id fully recovered from jab symptoms

So I haven't do a NO2 in over a week so started my day with
1TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil(HEB) its a home remedy to constipation...hope it works.

Breakfast: 35g Oats cinnamon(HEB), 250ml SS MIlk(HEA), half grated pear, raspberries, WW Yogurt

Lunch: half pear, Honey dew Melon, Apple, 28g Emmental cheese(HEA) no pic

Snack: Ham slices, Kellogs Chewy Choc Delight(HEB)

Dinner: Oven baked trout: Garlic and lemon seasoning (didn't eat all in pic was a lil much)
Mung Beans, potato and butternut stew

TOTAL: 2 x HEA, 3 x HEB,


Today I learnt that fruits for lunch is not enough to sustain me, I wasnt very hungry that why i went for it...next time ill have some pasta or something small too.

WEIGH IN tomorrow! Really need a loss after two weeks of STS.

I didn't take measurements when I started but I am definitely feeling places have gone in. My breastfeeding bras made me look like I had 4 boobs...lol:rolleyes:but now i just have two...hehehe:D

WEIGH IN -1.1lbs

So happy that the scales finally moved and in the right direction after two weeks of STS.

I am feeling great always aiming for 2lbs a week but as long as the scales are moving backwards I am happy.

6 weeks on SW & Breastfeeding total of -12.1lbs
:D

Here is to another week:), would love to lose 2 lbs to make it my 1st stone off.

My day sure has flown by...been a busy day indoors being a mum,cleaner, wife barely sat down...crazy

Feeling alil better today on the plus side I finally went toilet...its been over a week
:sigh::)

Breakfast: 35g Cinnamon Oats(HEB), 250ml SS Milk(HEA), Banana, Raspberries, WW Yogurt

Lunch: Potato& Mung Beans, 42g Wholemeal bread(HEB)
Grapefruit

Dinner: Roast chicken with skin(3SYNS), Couscous, Chickpeas, Courgetters, Nandos Sauce(3SYNS)

Snack:
250ml SS Milk(HEA), 25g Horlicks(4.5SYNS), Honeydew Melon & 1 x Kiwi

Total: 2 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 10.5 SYNS
