Brilliant exante diet! 1st W.I

Just a happy thread about exante! Yes it's tough, yes alot emotions can fly around but hey it sure gets results!

11lb and 3/4oz weight loss in just 1 week!! I'm amazed !!! I'm in normal bmi now and comfortably back in size 12 clothes even wore my size 10 work trousers yesterday. That amount of weight loss and I don't even have much to lose!

I wanted 10lb by 29th oct (Halloween party) but were on track for much more than that !! X
