So my goal for feb is hit my 3 stones so i will be at 11.8 which i believe is 12lbs..

week6 - lost 1lb (12.11 had few days off due to infection)
week7 - lost 3lb (12.8)
week 8 - lost 2lb (12.6)
week 9 - gain 8lb (13.0 xmas off and time of the month!)

week 11 - no weigh in snow
week 12 - loss 1lb (12.10 time of month and was doing ss+)

Hey everyone I'm still here just don't have a lot of time. Well just had another weigh in and lost 3lb I was a wee bit upset as was really hoping for a 5 to take me under the 15st mark but 15.1 was ma reading so felt a bit deflated however bigger picture I lost 11 last week and 3 this week so makes a stone in 2 weeks.
You all sound like ur doing fab so keep it up ladies 3 weeks till my big party ? really wanted to be at 14.4 by then but if I get within a 1-2 lb il be happy.

Nice to hear from u... was wondering where u had gone?? Don't b disheartened u r doing so well and a srone in 2 weeks is just amazing! Keep going and im sure next 3 weeks will bring u great losses for ur party... best of luck im sure u will get to 14.4.. fingers crossed...

Thanks and well done on the 2lbs! Wish i had a mcdonalds now lol... i really hope i have a better loss this week.. i know 3lbs is good but just hoped for more been solid and everyday 4 litres of water without fail.. so excited for u about ur party... 2 weeks u know uf your solid you can nail a good loss... everyone will b amazed at your journey so far coz i damn well would be!

Where are you buying your dress from? Its such a good feeling seeing a different size and being able to go into other shops... i have a job interview down south tomorrow so i went to buy a dress yesterday... my starting size was 18 to 20 in dresses jeans and tops... so i got some 16 jeans at xmas from primark which i now too big for me so im not going to bother getting a pair of 14s im gonna wait another month and check my size.. so i went to new look and took aboyt 4 size 16 dresses into fitting room and was in shock... They wer all loose on me! In the end got a size 14 which i still struggle to believe!

Such a fantastic diet if you stick to it... n thats what im gonna do STICK TO IT LOL...

Hi all

Well done on the losses! I had a lovely weekend away, ate lots but got it all out of my system - really ready and raring to go when I came back!

Was in the door for 1/2 an hour, picked up one of the pet rats and though - she feels funny and a bit cold was cuddling her and petting her to see if she'd warm up and she died in my arms. It felt almost like she was waiting for me to come home to say goodbye.

Then her sister became really ill as well, very laboured breathing so off to the vets for her. She had 24 hours in an oxygen kennel but no signs of recovery when they brought her out, fair bit of pain without the really strong painkillers so we had to have her put to sleep tonight.

Really really RUBBISH 24 hours, stuffs gone wrong at work as well and I'm just ready to throw the towel in for this week already. I was good-ish considering and I've had my 3 products, my SS+ meal and then when we got back from the vets a handful of nuts a chocolate pack up wafer and a can of Rum and Coke. Considering the emotional binge I want I'll take it.
 
Awe crafty I feel your pain that's terrible losing pets is beyond devastating it took me nearly a year to get over my cat who got run over and now I still have a wee cry when I think of her that was 3 years ago.
Well done on sticking with it it must be really hard for you just take a day at a time especially with work I'm a bus driver and sometimes when I get home from work I feel like punching someone lol as it's stressful xxx
 
Oh no craftylilrat... soory to hear about ur pets... on the flip side u had a fantastic time aeay so that's a positive.... just dont b too hard on urself n like Melissa said take it 1 day at a time with work and diet... if u need a couple of days to hav a cry n not stress about so then so be it.... we r all here to supprt u so keep positive n good luck hun xxxx

1 lb on this week.

I'll take it. I've dropped the bars for 2 weeks now as well - I have a few in case I get really really desperate but I'm going to force myself well into ketosis by this time next week.

I've relegated the weighing scales to the spare room as well so I'm not weighing at home. I'm going to try looking for other motivational things online - maybe do the marbles in a jar thing? Need to get my head back in the game.

How's everyone else done this week?

Like u i have asked hubby to hide the scales! Sick of jumping on them every day I'm ok this week but dont think ive lost anything... why i say this is bcoz i hav been so bloated and constipated TMI lol... i think its the spag bol and nut bars I've started having so from monday im having jus choc mint n veg soup...

Any plans for valentines day??? My huby is working so we r going to Manchester for a meal tomorrow but will takr our little princess with us as she hasnt been out in a while due to my dieting... so should be fun...

Well I lost 3lb this week and just been and bought my birthday party dress in a 16 can't believe it when I started I was a 22 I'm go smacked and feeling rather proud can't wait to show my body off lol xx

Buying new clothes without hiding now gives me such a buzz!!! I was 24/26 when I started in July last year I'm down to 16/18 now. What a feeling :)
