SUNDAY 31 AUGUST

I really didn't want to do anything other than chill today, however it was a different story. So my diary entry for today is:

60 minutes at the gym-

5:00 minutes - treadmill (1/2 kilometre :()
5:00 minutes - bike
10:11 minutes - rowing machine (rowed 2000m, level 6)
40:00 minutes - resistance work on my abs and legs (including squates on the Vibroplate)

You my friend have started a trend with the whole Fitness diary thing@#@#$%%^

We are going to look hot before you know it! Yeh.

Wow - fair play - 2000m on rowing machine - think that might actually finsh me off!!!!

Really? It wasn't that bad. However I've just realised 2000m is 2kms isn't it? :eek:
