Calorie checker site?

Anyone know of a site I can use to check calories. Gonna buy the RC A-Z book on Monday I think. But wanted something to help until then. Tried a couple of sites but they are either US foods or want you to register and pay! Any help would be appreciated )

you can log all your food and exercise and it shows you the calories of all your food too.
Excellent for keeping on track

It also has the phone app too so you can even scan the labels of foods. xxx

Another vote here for MFP - I dont go on the online bit just use the phone app - the scan facility is brill

the scanning food bit, is great, I go round my cupboards, scanning everything, then deleting it.

I'd love to be able to do this but it doesnt work on my phone x
