Calorie Fail - Busy Weekends

So the last few weekends I've done the following.

Last week in Aug - Huge cowboys and indians party with booze, barbecue and only one session of yoga

First week in Sept - Wedding, eating cake, drinking, more eating, more eating, hang overs that call for pizza etc.

Last weekend - Trip to Amsterdam. Vodka + coke, my normal drink of choice due to low cals is 8euros a glass. A pint of good, Dutch beer, in a pub is 3 euros. Being poor I went for beer. (My man and I bought 12 bottles of beer for 5euros and between us drank all of them in one night :D) We also ate like kings and shared 10 pitchers of beer between 12 people.

So from all this and the bit in between with me going, 'there's no point in sticking to the diet when I'm going to break it at the weekend' I put on 6lbs!

I'm happy to say that I've shed that now, (well 5lbs of it) and I feel gooooood.
