Calories and Syns in HEB's

Hi all - am I right in thinking that 4 x ScanBreads plus 1 x Weetabix counts as 1 x HEB as the calorie count is 189? I ask this because a lot of the others all add up to around 130 calories (ie) 2 x W'bix (130c) - 3 x slices W/Watchers Brown Danish (144c) - 2 x slices W/Watchers Thick Wholemeal (142c) & 5 x ScanBread (155c). Yes, it's only 40 odd calories diff but hey .... was just asking ... ;o)

No, sorry, 5 Scan Bran is a HEXB and 2 Weetabix is a HEXB, so there you've got 0.8 HEXB plus 0.5 HEXB = 1.3 HEXB - ie almost one and a half.

A HEXB is *roughly* 6 syns but it depends one what it is, some are as high as 7 others as low as 4 or 5, you cant go on the number of calories in it.
