Melon with a scoop sorbet
Chicken breast in blackened spices with new potatoes and veg. Def oil in the veg and potatoes.
Going to do an extra easy day today will have lots veg and pasta for dinner.
I only started slimming world a couple weeks ago. The first week i only lost 1/2 lb second week 2 1/2. Im a bit scared at the plan as only ever done ww before and so used to pointing everything but it was all getting a bit obssesive id end up saving points the bingeing so just trying to get a better attitude with food now...!
