can you use fibre-sure?

Hi I have been on the lt for a week and all ok, except i have bit constipated (soz not a nice subject).I bought fibre sure power for extra fibre that can be added to shakes.is this allowed on lt?

P.S my boyfreind is making cheese on toast for the kids...it smells soooo nice..

Unsure, but I would stick to fibre clear you can get it from your chemist, it is not a laxative mind, it just aids in keeping you regular, to be honest I t didnt work for me but we are all different x

Fibre clear is only 3 calories a teaspoon whereas fibre sure is 25. I would try to get fibre clear if possible.

the chemist i use give out free samples of fibre clear with your 'food'. i'd ask them if they have any samples before you buy any.

That would be fab, thanks. Its silly but until I no what everyone thinks I dont want to put in any were near my mouth!
