Carbs in atkins bars?

I sometimes have an Atkins bar as a treat or if am out and about with nothing and I was just wondering what carbs figure do we use for s&s as when I've entered it on mfp there's options of the carbs that are around 2 and the option that's around 20 so wasn't sure which one to enter?

Personally I count total carbs but on an Atkins bar day I don't worry if I go over my carb limit a little bit.
