Well Gang - I am just gonna do my best for this next week.... It is my birthday on Saturday :D

I will start afresh on 15th/16th and I am going to try SF for a few weeks :D - so nice fresh start :D I am still going to WI on Friday.... :D

I have also just set up a new biggest loser challenge - please sign up :D

[h=6]Feeling really low last two days... It's probably just post birthday/ nothing to look forward to... Plus special occasions just remind me I'm alone and I stupidly text the ex :(

Plus my friend who is a teacher was telling me the bad stuff.... Just wasn't a good day to hear it!!

And I desperately need to get bk on diet. But I'm having one of those I'm sick of eating weeks where I don't want anything coz I'm so bored and anything I do fancy is not good! :(

I think I might be tired lol
[/h] I don't know what to do... I can't decide whether to do pp/ sf/ cc.... or whether to go back to meeting... I will be fine... I will take a few days to plan :D

Friday is my brand new start!! No more excuses!!! x
 
Aw Carly, it's horrible to feel low, I know how it goes :(
Especially post-buffday... I get that soooo bad. God knows what's gonna happen, I have the Dreaded 30th coming up soon. Think the family have already booked me a shrink... lol

Why not try giving the SF idea a good go for a week? It'll act a bit like a kick-start, then you can think about what's going to work best.
Dont worry about the "bad" side of teaching - We've all been to school, we know the kids are bloody annoying :p but you'll get so much from teaching, it'll be amazing and the pros will outweigh the cons, I know it :) Every job has its ups and downs, one of the major ups that you'll have is knowing that you're making a difference to young people's lives. Not everyone can say that!!

So what do you fancy eating, can I come up with a better alternative?? Hehe.

Monday's are crap days... Tomorrow will be better. If it isn't, then I am ORDERING Wednesday to be better. No excuses ;) xx

I'm starvin marvin and a bit grumpy but sticking with it!

I've decided to eat filling and healthy foods most of the time except when social events etc... But each day I will check pp v sf and see which works out as less weeklies - seeing as I can alternate anyway :)

Gonna get bk to posting diary and positives too :) I was up early to make brekkie but didn't get up quite early enough to walk to work.., but am walking back :) and then an hour with PT! Terrified!! Lol not been for a few days and my fitness has defo dropped!

And then gonna try to walk to and from each day and do at least 30 mins exercise a day....

I've just been to new look to try to spend my birthday voucher and it reminded me why I'm doing this!! I wanna be able to fit into normal sizes... I wanna be able to buy shorts, play suits and shoes with a heel!! I wanna not have up wear stupid tights!!

Bridesmaid in 15 weeks so I want two stone off!!!

Oh and I lost 1lb this week... Still up a lot and now only 2 stone 5 off but I haven't put it all on like I usually would! Onwards and downwards :D xx
 
I hope you feel better. I have depression and all sorts of other issues. Food was a great crutch for me to function and when you restart it is so hard. Well done on losing. Its crazy how your mood will change so much while doing this. Sounds like your doing really well x
 
How did your PT session go? I have taken the plunge and booked back in with mine on Friday. So I don't have to start dreading it quite yet!

So here are my diaries....

I have planned all my meals for the week... I have made a whole new list of meal ideas - I am enjoying it :D

But I keep comparing pp to sf... and generally I find that I use less weeklies on pp.. So I think I will stick with the filling and healthy meal ideas but on pp... I will make my weeks plans and stick to them :D

I am feeling motivated again.. I know ww suits me :D xxx

Sounds lovely. You have good willpower. I have to avoid pizza otherwise I will eat it happily for ages. But I am going to test my temptation by buying one of those mini oven ones.
 
Pizza is my weakness, I find it easier to avoid it otherwise I know I will just want more once I have had the taste :/
