Are the dr oetkers nice.. For a little Chicago town which I thought would be handy for work is 12/13 so might just see what shop has :) I WI wed :) hoping for a good one! Good luck x

I didn't eat all of the pizza but then I had a milkyway so about 2 more weeklies (means 14 in 4 days)

I also did 10pp of exercise on the wii (over two hours :))

I've just read your diary & you sound like you're doing so well!
I'm in my second week of doing PP and have the same starting weight as you!
Really good to read your diary as we are on similar daily points & it giving me lots of good ideas :)
I've started a weight loss diary on here but not a food one... maybe i will do that too :)

ps I made the same potato mistake a while ago, one potato is more than enough... you never really realise how many chips it actually makes! I nearly exploded!

DAY 5 - Monday 25th April 2011

BREAKFAST
Summerfruits and Mullerlight smoothie = 2pp (nearer to lunch than brekkie - back at work tomorrow so that could be challenging!)

LUNCH
4 x Crumpets = 10pp
100g Extra light philli = 3pp
Crunchie = 5pp

DINNER
Burgers in Buns (4 x Burgers (gonna buy quarter pounders next time - one is same as the pathetic little one) = 12pp, 50g half fat cheese = 3pp, 2 x white rolls = 8pp, 2 tbsp bbq = 1pp) = 24pp
WW Choc Sticks = 3pp

SNACKS
Milky way = 3pp
Curly Wurly = 3pp

had a "grumpy with the world" day and ate more choc than I should have but I abstained at the cinema and atleast and stopped which in the past I wouldn't have!

Total: 53pp

Weeklies used: 9 (oops!)
Total weeklies used: 21 (still well below - just trying to be super good for first week... will probs have to start increasing the amount I use at some point)

Sore from just dance yesterday and somehow ran out of time today... I will find time tomorrow - or try my very best :)

BREAKFAST
Mullerlight, banana and strawberry smoothie = 1pp ( only managed half)
2x WW thin bread and 2tbsp light philli = 5pp

LUNCH
2x WW petit pains, 4x back bacon, 50g Brie = 17pp
Velvet Crunch = 2pp
WW bar = 2pp
Sugar free jelly with fruit

TEA
Chicken Kiev, 400g Potatoes (homemade wedges) and 2tbsp mayo = 18pp
WW Choc sticks = 3pp

SNACKS
2 x WW cake bars = 4pp
Curly Wurly = 3pp

Used = 55
weeklies used = 11
total weeklies used = 32

Well it's WI tomorrow :) xx
 
400g pots = 9 - silly me and only had one tbsp Mayo so balanced out xx
 
4lb loss ;) disappointed but still smiling xx

1 tbst mayo = 1pp
2 tbsp ketchup = 1pp
WW Icecream Cone = 4pp

SNACKS
3 x WW Caramel Crisp Bar = 6pp
2 x WW Orange Bar = 6pp

Total: 54pp

Weeklies used: 10 (oops!)
Total weeklies used: 44 (aim for lower next week...)
