Yup! One of the best dishes is the some chopped up chicken, marinated in the sun dried tomato peri peri stuff, fried off in frylight or baked in the oven & served with rice & some veggies, or a salad & pitta. Yummy! :D
 
ooh i might have a try at this nandos, i've never been in one either.

always seemed a naughty place.

Well I worked late yest at the police station and wasn't really hungry so grabbed crisps n choc from tuck shop really quickly....

Then treated myself to a couple of pints of cider :) scales are looking promising!

I'm out this eve for my best mates birthday with her and her two skinny minny uni mates I've only met briefly... I'm nervous about it... But I have a plan ... Eat before so no party tea and need to decide on booze :) lol

Need to shred and pick outfit :) then do food shop n get ready!

Got RFL tomorrow morning so can't be too drunk!! Xx
