Scales looked like a sts but after I ate my meal apparently weighs 3lb lol....

Well I earned 30AP yest and 44AP today and I still think I will gain.. but I literally couldnt have done anything else.. I am getting up at 6.30 to do one last shred before WI... then its up to the scale gods!

I am doing a talk to a sixth form class tomorrow with my boss.. and about my journey... weirdly excited...

I know I deserve to gain but I don't want to :( lol

I will update the two planned diaries now xxxx

I used to work at center parcs and was obsessed with their caramel fudge so I asked my lol sis to get me some as my added treat ;) always room for u lot!!! X

Well I've learned I can't use my AP xx
 
I've just done day 2 of level 3 of shred (22 in total) Scales look like a STS so I guess at least I kno no matter how many AP I earn I can't use them except after WI :( (beat my record this week with 98 AP) xx
 
I always like the muscle is heavier line, so with all your exercise I'm sure that's a factor ;-) well done you've done a healthy life changing amount of exercise x

Pfft STS means nothing now.... it could mean a 3 -4 - 5 lb loss later so don't stress.... stress doesn't help weight loss.... so have a happy day... and tonight... you will have lost :D:D x
 
Good luck chick, can't believe you did so much activity! go you! :) Those scales don't measure just fat weight you know... I'm thinking you have a lot more muscle for sure!! x
