Had a busy few days so sorry I haven't caught up with u.. I have missed u all loads!! I am gonna try and work through the 60 threads that have had replies since I was last on lol....

I am off to the festival tomorrow so I will see u all again Sunday eve/ Monday morning

Riversong - I love the shred and I was very unfit and am not a little lass and I managed it.. give it a go... u will be amazed how good u feel afterwards!
