Snack: Clementine (s)

Dinner: Roast Pork with roast potatoes, roast carrots (s), roast peppers (s) & green beans (s).

Followed by: SW syn free rice pudding (HExA)

Morning!! It's WI today!! Fingers crossed!!

Had a very good week so hoping for a loss deserving of my efforts this week ;)

Had alphabetty spaghetti for breakfast :) YUM

Done a yummy salad with tuna and my HExA of cheese for dinner!! How exciting :)

Then gonna enjoy a yummy chilli / curry combo over a jacket potato whilst watching footy!! Even better!! :) xx

Snack: Pear (s), Apple (s), 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HExB)

Lunch: Tuna Salad (Lettuce (s), Celery (s), Cucumber (s), Red Pepper (s), tuna (s), 2 tblsp Mayo (2 SYNS), 42g Low Low Cheese (HExA) Followed by a ff Activia Vanilla Yoghurt (which are yummy)

Snack: Handful of grapes, 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HExB)

Dinner: PARENTS HOUSE FOR FOOTBALL MATCH - Chicken (s) & Potato Balti with rice (2 SYNS allowed for the paste used) Jacket Potato & Chilli (onions, peppers, pasatta, exlean mince) (2 SYNS allowed for packet mix)

Dinner: Pork steaks with salad (Lettuce (s), Celery (s), Cucumber (s), Green Pepper (s)) & cottage cheese.
